Mohair yarn

Two yarns, the whole colour card. Alfa (98 % superkid mohair, 50 g, about 100 m) is the thicker one: it knits up fast and keeps you warm, ideal for jumpers and cardigans. Beta (77 % superkid mohair and 23 % silk, 25 g, about 120 m) is the fine one: more drape and sheen for shawls, scarves and light pieces, or to hold together with another yarn for that classic mohair halo.

The mohair comes from our angora goats in the Navarrese Pyrenees and from the farms of the Eureca association, and it is spun in Castres. We dye in small batches: each lot has its own shade, so buy all the balls for one project at once.
