How buying here works: prices, payment and what happens next.

A handmade product

Mohair is dyed in small batches. Two balls of the same colour can differ slightly in tone depending on the batch, and garments are knitted by hand one at a time. That is not a defect: it is what making it this way looks like. Every ball states which lot it belongs to.

Colours in photos are indicative: every screen shows them differently. If a particular shade really matters to you, write to us first and we'll tell you what it's actually like.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping is added separately and is shown before you confirm payment.

The price charged is always the one shown on the payment gateway at the moment of purchase.

How an order works

You pick items and colours, check the cart and pay on Stripe. When you finish you get a confirmation email. The contract is formed with that email.

Stock is shown live per colour, but if by mistake two orders land on the last unit, we'll let you know and you can pick another colour or get your money back.

Payment methods

Card, plus whatever methods Stripe offers in your country. Payment happens entirely on Stripe's gateway: this website never sees or stores your card details.

Invoicing

If you need an invoice with your company details, just reply to the confirmation email and we'll send it.

Getting in touch
