What is collected and why
If you buy: name, shipping address, email and phone. Used to prepare the order, ship it and issue the invoice. The legal basis is performance of the sales contract.
If you write by email or WhatsApp: whatever you tell us and your contact details, only to reply to you.
Payment data (your card) does NOT pass through this website and is never stored here: it is handled directly by Stripe on its own gateway.
This site does not track you
There are no tracking cookies, no advertising profiles, and your IP address is not stored. To learn which sections and colours people care about, we only count what happened and on which day, with no identifier at all: two visits from the same person are indistinguishable from two different people, so this is not personal data.
Your cart is stored only in your own browser, so you don't lose it if you close the page. It is never sent anywhere.

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., to take the payment.
The courier, to deliver your parcel.
Our accountant and the Spanish tax authority, as tax law requires.
It is never sold or shared with anyone else.
For how long
Purchase data is kept for as many years as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries, only as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@bilobila.eus. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
