Orders go out within 1-3 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery takes 2-5 días laborables once shipped.

We're a small farm: during shearing season or market season there may be an extra day. If it's going to be slow, we'll tell you.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. Write to info@bilobila.eus and we'll tell you how.

The item must come back unused and in its original condition. Yarn that has been worked or re-wound can no longer be returned, for obvious reasons.

The product amount is refunded within a maximum of 14 days from our receiving the return, using the same payment method. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or was the wrong one.

If the parcel arrives damaged or the item isn't what you ordered, send us a photo at info@bilobila.eus within 14 days and we'll sort it: replacement or a full refund, postage included. In that case you pay nothing.

The statutory three-year conformity warranty applies to new products. It does not cover normal wear or damage caused by washing differently from what the care guide recommends.
